Processing time

Tracking
If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged item(s) so we can help.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your household/building first. Then contact the carrier. If you still need help, message us and we’ll assist where we can.
