Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of mind

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. This includes situations where you: change your mind, select the wrong item, no longer need the product, or decide you don’t like it.

Health, hygiene & personal care items

For hygiene and personal care reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that are intended for personal use.

If there is a problem with your order

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. If the problem is minor, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
